liquid nitrogen might be a bit hard to find.

why not torch the bushings out?  heat the metal with a propane torch,
and when it starts getting soft, pop the sleeves out.  i've done it
before on a mustang.  make sure it doesn't get on your clothes, or
you'll never get it out.  also make sure you do it outdoors in an
area where people won't complain about the smell.
