Commander Rossato yetagain so unwittingly offered:

<<< I haven't had to mess with these yet so I don't have any
McGyver tricks for removing it, though I recall Scott J. describing a
procedure at one point. Maybe he can chime in.

Bob>>>

No McGyver tricks for you yet... not until you help me with my LF control
arm bushing that is... appears that's the suckah creating my 'triple-digit
shudder' up there. Time for replacement.

Then, Bill de Alva shared:

<<<Yet this could explain why I was not able to remove the right control arm
from my car. It seemed like a good idea to replace the bushing on the right
side even though it appears to be in good condition. I tried for over an
hour to remove the right control arm and finally gave up, figuring it was
not worth the effort to replace a bushing that was still good!>>>

Hmmm... interesting that this is like so many other failures shared
simultaneously here on the list (ignition switch, POS, coils, etc.), almost
seems contagious. More interesting it's the LF in yours and my case.
Anyone else LF first? Trend? Or am I just conspiracy theorizing as usual?
What were your symptoms? Mine are a definitive shudder, left handed long
sweepers, near triple digits only, off throttle. 1' pry bar moves bushing
end of arm up ~ .5mm.

-Paul it's ok Bob think I'll let the warranty handle this one, no worries,
I'll find other things for you to fix K.
