Maybe Klaus has a nervous tick or something that only that makes it _look_
like his jaw is dropping...or maybe he's just catching flies...?

 I emailed them once because I noticed that almost all of their ads involved
the car being driven up to Klaus's garage and Klaus being amazed with his
jaw dropping. I asked them if Klaus's jaw indeed drops at the sight of every
single car they bring him and if so, then his jaw must be really tired! They
replied that Klaus is a good mechanic and that my sarcasm was not
appreciated. Good times.....:-)
