[s-cars] The Monster S-car survey is Ready!! (Finally!!)

S-gruppees:  At long last, the "Monster" S-car survey is ready.  I have
finally stopped coming up with more questions and Gabriel Caldwell (who
has been extremely patient with me) has finished his fantasitc work with
the coding.  This survey would not have been possible without the help
of  help of some of several of you (e.g. Fred Munro, Sean Douglas and,
with special thanks, to Bob Rossato for his lengthly list of
suggestions) who "beta" tested an early version of the survey.

The survey has a tonne of questions and will take 20 to 30 minutes.  You
will need to have your VIN number, vehicle build date (month/year) and
your lovely S-car bill file handy.  Oh, and maybe, some kind of beverage
(coffee, beer, whatever) to ease the "pain".  I think you will enjoy it
one way or the other.

The survey will stay open for, say two weeks, or until there are no new
respondants.  I am posting this to AudiWorld and will be contacting
S-car owners in Britain and Australia.  If you know of any one outside
of North America that isn't an Audifans (or AudiWorld) lister, please
forward this message to them.  The intent is to get as much information
as possible from around the world, e.g. Europe, South America, South
Africa, etc.

When the survey is complete, the data will be made availble to the list
in some way, e.g. Jimmy Pribble's website (Jimmy?) or S-cars.org
(Darin?).  It will be an Excel spreadsheet that you can read and/or sort
to your own individual heart's content.
