[s-cars] A few Monster S-car Survey Hints

S-gruppees:  I finally did the S-car survey myself for real.  Had my
nice thick bill file,  the build date and VIN handy and went at it.
Took me 20 minutes.  I made two "mistakes" that the survey program made
me correct before it was happy.  On this basis, I thought that I would
provide a few more hints:

If you are living somewhere with a kph speedo - have a calculator handy:
km x 0.621 = mi

When you use the pull downs and select your answer, click the cursor
outside the box BEFORE moving to the next item.  A couple of times my
Y/N answer didn't register because I didn't do that.

If the survey says you did something wrong and you click OK and go and
change it, you need to drag the scroll bar down to the SUBMIT key and
then click SUBMIT again.  No biggie.

Other than that I thought it went very well.  I trust the rest of you
will too.
