Remember that no one will sell you a complete kit, unless they are willing
to accept the $10,000 fine for doing so, or if you are buying from overseas.
These are illegal to sell and install. Having said that, if you are going to
do it, make sure to buy quality brand-name parts, as in Hella ballasts and
capsules, and Phillips bulbs. The real trick is making sure the alignment of
the bulb in the 9006 holder is dead on, otherwise light will be scattered. A
quick check on ebay will show a dude who knows the trick and sells the
DS-2's which seem to be properly aligned. Otherwise, installation is a snap.
