[s-cars] Idea for an add on/update for the Valentine V1

SOunds kind of like my idea, except this would allow you to update
based on info supplied by other users.

KA jammers...forget about it, I expect that you will begin to see most
police switching over to laser. Most of the police in Michigan have
begun to do this.

But then again, will have to wait and see...a lazy officer won't want
to use radar, it requires work.
