[s-cars] Delta CC to Concert on 95.5 S6 Avant

I'd like to switch the Delta CC unit to Concert found on the later A4s. The
main advantage of this would be having greater CD changer options or
alternatively going the PhatNoise route and doing away with the changer all
together.

I know the wiring is different between the units although they may appear plug
and play. Any BTDT to guide me along.
