[s-cars] ECU what is the trick to opening it

OOOOps!  I divided by 0.983 instead of 0.986 like I should have done.  Oh 
well, the principle is correct.

But I never make mistakes.  And if you believe that one...  Wow, do I have 
a bridge for you - cheap!
