[s-cars] ECU what is the trick to opening it

I have no quibble with the comparative sizes of the different horsepower
ratings. The SAE Hp may be larger than the DIN Hp. However, that is not
what the conversion factor presented said.. I quote, "SAE HP = 98.629% of
DIN HP". This says mathematically that the SAE Hp is smaller than the DIN
Hp. The "words" said one thing. The "math" said another.
To rephrase the famous Rhett Butler quote... Well... Frankly, Scarlet,
all I was doing was pointing out an inconsistency in Kirby's post. I
personally don't give a rat's posterior which power rating convention is
larger. 1.4% difference isn't large enough either direction for anyone to
get the bowels all in an uproar. My buttometer, I'm certain, can't tell
the difference and, what's more, I'd wager that yours isn't that precise
either.
Please, let's not turn this into another "T" thread from Hell.
