Thanks to all who shed light on my Xenon hook up project. Here is the latest. 
Like I said before, there are 4 wires in the harness going to the ballast box 
(Red, Black, Yellow and Brown) The Red and Brown are a larger size. Testing 
between all four, the only reading is 1200 ohms between the Yellow and Brown 
with all other combinations reading in the megohms. This leads me to believe 
that the Yellow wire is the "on" which corresponds to the low beam color code on 
the US spec harness. Now if I can confirm what Red and Black are for sure.
