[s-cars] Chip Identification help needed

TAP, usually, sends the old chips back with the ECU. So if indeed they are
the stock markings then that would indicate it is not a TAP upgrade.
I believe their stage 1 uses the stock sensor as well.

no clip-on chip holders, or if the solder on the EPROMs look different than
the rest of the ICs, it is likely not stock.
