Well first you have to have three cylinders removed and then add a turbo

The shifting issue could well be solved with a transmission filter and
fluid change @$14 qt x's 8.  The stealer will advise that this is not
necessary.  
You'll need to get these parts along with a pan gasket then persuade
your 15 year old that this will be a fun job.  Stealer would charge
about $350 for this which my stealer did for my wifes A8 but
unbelievably idnt change the filter whilst in there.  (My Accel Warranty
paid this whole $350:)
Most likely the stealer will not recode to sport mode, so you may wish
to spend a coupla hundo $ for vag-com software and do it your own self.

And then you may want the Bentley CD too.
