Those prices are really hard to beat. Far under the VAG prices I see in
Europe. How do they do that?

Blau has 'new' calipers WITH carriers for $119 or w/o for 109 (+$80
core).  The extra 10 bucks is worth it for the carrier IME.

Also:
The Ford Granada springs are NLA :(
McMaster has a great selection of heavier duty torsion springs that
could "prolly" be bent to fit.
Even though the cables may look okay, they break further upstream.  Look
at the last attachment point before they go to the caliper.
I did new calipers, pads, rotors and cables last summer.  Well well
worth the 4 or 500 bucks.  Provides better overall braking with rear
brake actually working and ebrake works perfectly at least so far.
Do all this during your six speed install;)
