[s-cars] Happersized RSB installation

I hope that works. My concern is that the oe plate
isn't strong enough for that big bar. Remember the oe
one is 17mm and everything else is engineered for that
bar. Oh, btw, my LR plate broke today after I wrote
the first post, that makes 3 I know of.....
