Yes, UPS has rather interesting business policies.
I ordered some clear corners off e-bay, a whopping $25 us for the pair.
Shipping was like 5 or 10 us and then UPS wanted 22.00 to clear it and bring
it to me.
Some of the 148 might (likely is) GST, you should call UPS and complain and
have them review and specify what is what.
