BTDT.  Robin: You will find that the $148 includes duty, GST (gouging and screwing tax for our US listers) and finally, the UPS brokerage fees.  

I went through this in November on brake pads.  I ended up avoiding UPS by having them mailed to me. You still have to pay duty and GST but no brokerage fees.  

This is why group purchases work for us in Canada.  The brokerage fee can be shared over several purchasers. BTDT on headlight parts from PUMA.
