Why not try to attach the ebrake and see if it works and releases too?
Since you can move it with a few lbs of effort it may well be good enough. 
And FWIW, IME the mitivac is not bleeder of choice for the urS.  AFAIK the 
Motive pressure bleeder is the tool to use here (pressurizes the resevoir.)  If 
unavailable, your FLAPS should have an assortment of plastic resevoir caps 
that can (be forced if necessary on a Sunday to) fit or come close to fitting 
over the resevoir.  Get one, cut an old bicycle inner tube valve stem with a base 
diameter to fit inside the resevoir cap.  Drill hole through the cap and 
insert the valve stem.  The inner tube base should fit into the cap to form a 
seal/gasket.  Electrical tape can be used to seal any small gaps.
Pump it up to about 8 to 10 psi (no more!) and go wait for no bubbles.  
At least you only have to bleed one wheel:)
