You're right. I changed 9006 lows/9005 highs for 9005 lows and highs,
not the opposite. I should drink less coffee, or Vodka, or... whatever,
my post made no sense but my lows do.

Vincent: Please check your head light bulbs. Your post makes no sense
(to me). The 9006 bulbs are the 55W DOT bulbs. The 9005 bulbs are 65 W
DOT bulbs (I know, its counter-intuitive but....). Stock, you should
have 65 W 9005 bulbs in your parabolic high beam and 55 W 9006 in the
projector low. However, as I pointed out last night, you can convert 65
W 9005 bulbs to also run in the low beam lamp holders. Running 55 W
high beams doesn't make sense (to me). Unless, Hans unt Claus had too
many schnapps the night before they built your car. Yeah, that's the
answer. Dave F.
Vincent must have been forced at gunpoint to type the following:
Harold and Sean,
As Audi gods were already lunatics in the late 90s, I have a 1996
Canadian S6 and
1. My '96 S6 had H3 projector fog, 9006 parabolic high and... 9005
projector low, now replaced by a 9006 projector low.
2. My 1996 rear badge was on the left side... now, it's in my toolbox.
Vincent
