[s-cars] Suspension advice

I wanted the ride quality to not lead to spousal dissention on trips; I
wanted the car to not be significantly lowered so I could still get
under it easily; I wanted the single pole pair response of Koni's over
the extra pole pair (in the complex plane) that I detect in the feel of
Bilsteins.
