[s-cars] Shaky Front Right @ Speed

In my case the shudder was caused by a subframe bolt that was extremely
loose.  Tightened everything up and haven't had any problems since.

Check the inner fender sheet metal for cracks where the steering rack
bolts.  Usually when this happens it is on the left side.
