[s-cars] Changed Pump X-Plug, No Brake Boost - Any Ideas?

I'd almost guess that the pump is full of air, and won't bleed out.
Try filling the opening with hydraulic fluid when you have the X plug
out.

If the plug bottoms solidly, and you can tighten it "real tight"
like usual - I'd guess it's not the O ring thickness.
I agree with Kirby, the pump has 2 circuits, steering abd brakes 
are separate.
