I say worse than 'no'.  The least anyone should do with the ARP's is put some 
'caps' on the studs themselves to prevent those 12 nails from scratching your 
freshly milled head as you try to center it for the land.  IMO, ARP should 
include them in fact, since finding something that potentially doesn't fall off 
the top of the stud isn't so easy (btdt - it wasn't so bad that it fell off, 
it was finding *where* it went:).  With accessories attached, I doubt you could 
make it more difficult.

I'd say "no."  The length of the studs sticking up above the block can cause 
installation difficulties in our cars, especially when you're trying to 
install a head with all the accessories attached.  In this case of convenience, the 
nod goes to the bolts.  But my choice still remains studs.  Each to his/her 
own  ;)
