Just goes to show that with MTM1+ or similar " 1+" chipsets, you are really 
running the stock K24 on the edge of it's efficiency range.  This means 
that your intake temps are higher due to the turbo running at a less 
efficient rate - which means that good gas and intercooler efficiency are 
essential to preventing knock/ping.  Perhaps not a problem in W. Va, but 
definately might a problem in sunny SoCal.
