Your description is pretty much what I saw as well, Elijah.  Different 
chips (Ned's or Mihnea's compared to MTM)  but similar 
observations.  Saying that Mihnea's chips were smoother and easier to 
control is perhaps a better way of expressing the difference than the words 
I used earlier.  I agree about the TAP chips.  Perhaps slightly better than 
stock but only slightly.
