[s-cars] sympt of a stock turbo failing?

Just another datapoint, after installing all the go-fast RS2 goodies and 26 psi, I overspun the stock K24 to the point where the shaft noodled and the exhaust turbine hit the housing.  AND, the damn thing made absolutely no noise whatsoever.
