[s-cars] Failing the e-test?

I tried that once also - except in my case it was true.  The cop was quite 
helpful.  He followed me and waited while I took a dump.  :-(  Then he 
started writing.  I guess we have honest REOs here in WV.  Or is that "stupid"?
