Every list member gets a copy of the guidelines for this list from the 
administrator every month with the password reminder.  A pleasant 
reminder that there are such rules of conduct is good for everyone.  A 
cryptic message that some hard to find s-car specific parts or cars are 
going on the market are welcomed by many.  Nobody likes a long 
commercial on the list, and other lists don't tolerate any.  I'll read 
those guidelines again, too.
