My car is an RS2 setup.  I use the popular "hybrid" chip available from Steve 
Eiche, and Bob Pastore.  I have the EM, turbo, injectors, and MAF.  Nothing 
else.  I didn't use the cam or FPR.  The exhaust is stock, and the cats are in 
place.  The car made a peak of 325.16hp at about 4800rpm.  The torque peak was 
401.14ft-lbs at about 3750rpm.  Interesting stuff:  200 ft-lbs wasn't reached 
until about 3200rpm, at which point the engine was making only about 125hp.  
I will send you the graph off-line, as a picture is worth a thousand words.  
Bottom line, your statements are fairly accurate.  It's soft on the bottom, 
with a big hit later.  At sea level, however, it seemed like a great setup to me.

By the way... I don't care about the "numbers."  Yes, the dyno was corrected 
to STP. Exactly what percentage of a correction that amounted to, I don't 
know.  This is NOT meant to start a debate over the power figures.  I really don't 
care.  I am only personally concerned with the curves, and the area under 
them.
