[s-cars] RS2 Turbo or Innovative Turbo's K26/RS2++?

Dave,

I see that you have the RS2 setup (EM, turbo, injectors, and MAF) and run a "hybrid" chip.  How noticeable is the turbo lag vs. a stock setup with a chip?  Is the extra lag annoying?  I live in San Fran and have to contend with driving up some pretty steep hills, so I need at least some low-end power.
