[s-cars] Spotted in New Westminster, BC

[Gabriel Caldwell]

Red S4 with black leather.  Looked like lowered with ATS wheels and
*maybe* CF trim?  The badge was on the '92 side.  Anyone here?  License
plate frame said Victoria BMW.
