Well, I'm on my 4th quattro, 5th Audi. All I can say about boats is
contained in some advice I got a long time ago, and which I have managed to
not follow: "If it flies, floats or f**ks, rent, don't buy". Other People's
Boats are always an option...

Well Ian, two can be a collection... you got to start somewhere!  And as for
Peavey, my first decent bass was a Peavey T40.  Sometimes I wish I still had
it.

So far I've been able to avoid the boats, but I'm on my eigth quattro.  No
boats.  Yet.

How can I have a collection so soon after I started learning to play? I only
have an el-cheapo Peavey acoustic and an equally el-cheapo Peavey electric.
Great for me to learn on, not collectibles. I imagine that'll come with
