I can understand wanting to do the job your self but....
In my case I had my local tire shop order the struts from shocks .com
and do the install. The price was only slightly more than If I would
have bought direct. I am now on my second set of front struts due to a
problem with the bilsteins failing. (still trying to figure out why).
I feel lucky the tire shop offers a lifetime warrantee - including labor!
Well worth it!
Good luck
