[s-cars] Application of P/N (oil filter) 06A 115 561 B

FWIW 06A seems to relate to Audi 1.8T applications, such as
the A4 and TT. Hence, the TT Bypass Valve upgrade P/N 
begins with 06A. And, the part given is in an Audi logo (no
VW, no VAG) box. I wonder if I spec'd it for a VW, it 
would've costed less.....
