[s-cars] Homemade Fuel Pressure Tester

I'm thinking about making a fuel pressure tester that goes inline in the
fuel supply line. I want to tee-in where the rubber fuel supply line
connects to the hardline at the firewall.

The hardline has a male flared end on it and connects to a female swivel
connector. Is this a standard fitting? Is this what is known as JIS 37?
Or is this a metric connection?
