[s-cars] Replaced BPV, but honking remains

I know it sounds silly, but are you sure you have the ports configured
properly on the bypass valve, i.e. not swapped.  I had a car like this for
awhile and I couldn't figure it out until I saw another person's car.

I replaced the bypass valve on my car with the better unit from Bosch.  Even
after replacing it, the car still makes the "honking" noise under
light-medium loads between three and four thousand rpms.  Any suggestions of
what else this noise could be?
