[s-cars] Replaced BPV, but honking remains

Tim,

The Bosch bypass valve without the brass reinfocing disc in the middle of the 
diaphragm will honk no matter how new it is. Honking doesn't mean the valve 
is bad just that it is the valve without the reinforcement.
