[s-cars] Just added 2nd rear fog light

Tony:  I bought 6 (six) Stanley P3496 12V 43/3CP (27W/8W) bulbs from Daniel
Stern at CandlePower during the recent 9011/9012 group purchase that I organized
in early June.  I just haven't installed them yet.  I'll wait until the dark and
rainy season (likewise with the 9011/9012 bulbs).
