[s-cars] I89 in NH, the New England Autobahn is compromised

Darn that's terrible. I used to make that trek from Concord up to Exit
18 on 89 all the time. I knew where every single (Authorized only turn
around) was.

Not that it matters since I'm in North Carolina now, but it's still a
shame. Many a 100+ run was made on those stretches!
