[s-cars] Escort Zr3 Laser Shifter

I've heard very good things about the ZR3 and Lidatek
LE-30. There's a GB going on for the Lidatek right now
on Audiworld.

I'm not sure if I'm going to get the Lidatek though
(no rear sensor).  ZR3 has both front and rear
sensors.
