[s-cars] Right angle drill I could borrow (CT area)?

Well I was planning on making some good progress on the RS2 EM upgrade for
my S6 avant but took a major setback today..
In the process of removing the exhaust studs that need to be replaced with
the shorter ones (BTW, the ones I ordered per the parts list on s-cars.org
do not have shoulders.. is this normal?) I managed to snap one of the
studs. Insert _MAJOR_ explatives here.. I even used the right tool for
the job.. one of those special stud remover tools.
After futzing with it for most of the night the stud is hopelessly stuck
in the head. I might be able to salvage the threads but I suspect a
helicoil is in order. I built a jig out of 1/4" thick bar stock to get a
nice straight shot at the now mangled stud but my drill won't clear the
frame rail.
I put up a few pictures here:

It looks like the only way to make it work is with a right angle drill. I
really need to get this car running by friday night. If you've got one in
the CT area that I can borrow tomorrow I owe you many cases of beer or
perhaps a few gallons of Toluene if you prefer ;)
I'm going to pickup the helicoil's tomorrow but if no one has a drill I
can borrow I might try home depot's rental department to see if they've
got one.
Thanks guys!
