Rob,

Water Wetter works, but the true effect is when running pure (or nearly
pure)
water systems. It's designed to decrease the water from surface boiling
inside
the head (all coolants do this, when this becomes a dominant process,
cooling
ceases b/c gaseous coolant doesn't heat transfer well, and doesn't flow
well,
the process is then called boilover), but as anti-freeze is added, the
effect is
reduced. Check on Red-Line's website for the ratios of coolant/water vs
coolant effect and make a decision. Racers DO use it, but then again,
they're
not worried as much about corrosion resistance, as they're likely to
drain/change
their coolant MUCH more often than street cars. I don't recall if
WaterWetter
has pump lubricants in it either. If you're likely to run nearly 50%-50%
coolant
water, it's not worth the effort.
