[s-cars] New noise and less power - update

S-fellows-

Numerous listers posted about boost leaks that sound like air blowing through a reed.

This sound is exactly emulated when boost pressure escapes past the duct tape currently holding my car's Mr. Michelin together.

When are my Samco's gonna get here........
