[s-cars] Accelerator pedal!! (new)

The family album identifies this clip as part number N 900 649 01,
and calls it a "lock washer".

I didn't call or visit my local dealer, but I did look up the
part number into an online dealer's part system,

and it recognized this part number and came up with this description:
   Hood and grille - Hood and components - Strut - Clip - Clip 1998-2002
and a list price of $1.20.

Obviously a multi use clip.  Hopefully something that's stocked.
