[s-cars] Boost gauge for cluster installation (clock replacement)

All,

I was talking with James Murray about boost gauges and he dug up an old
post from the archives by Mr. Pastore regarding the trick white faced
boost gauge shown in this picture on UrS4.com:

I want one.

It is my understanding that it was a custom deal of some kind made by
SPI?  What are my options if I want to find a gauge that will replace
one of the three 2 1/16" gauges in the IC (most likely the clock.  Boost
is more important than time ;) ).

Ideas?  Group purchase???
