[s-cars] Question about turbo chatter and BPV

A followup on my friend's S4.
Symptom:
I heard some turbo chatter at the top of the revs at shifting as well as 
some jerkiness under acceleration and more lag than expected.  I suspected 
a BPV problem.

BPV was replaced and the problem is gone.  No more turbo stalling.  No more 
jerking under acceleration.  A little bit less lag especially noticable 
after a Stage1 chip.
