[s-cars] The engine is out now to separate the head...

Hi all, I pulled the engine out of my car today and setit on some blocks to 
separate the head. I have the ARP head studs and multi layer steel head gasket. 
I have everything disconnected from the block and the nut off the head studs 
but can't get it to budge. I don't remember it being hard the first time i did 
this. Is it the glue on the head gasket or something I'm forgetting? I still 
have the cams in as I don't think I have to have them out to do this, do I? 
Any help would be great.
