[s-cars] Boost gauge for cluster installation

Well nice looking it would require retrofitting a 1999-2001 trip
computer into our instrument clusters. My instrument cluster now has a
V1 remote display residing there, and it isn't leaving, it just saved
my ass several times while driving through Ohio this weekend!
