[s-cars] Additional Fuel Pump Relay Installation Results

Bruce:  I agree about not tuning software to compensate for a hardware
problem when the best solution is to fix the hardware problem.  In this
case, it would appear that either not all OEM S-car fuel pumps are the
same (i.e. there are both above and below average ones) and/or the
electrical systems vary somewhat between cars.  Bottomline: Some S-car
fuel systems cannot supply enough fuel (either pressure or volume) for
say some MTM+1 software-type applications and definitely some RS2 spec
applications.  This new fuel pump relay direct to the battery solution
is not as good as a better pump but it seems to work and its way less
hassle than trying to mod in an overkill Audi Sport fuel pump.

Thanks to all those you provided me (and Sean) with input and
suggestions along the way over the last month.
