[s-cars] Mechanics in LA

As the mechanic section of Audifans is down, I would love a recommendation
for a mechanic in Los Angeles. The car is a 94 S4 that needs a thorough
checkup. We have seen a few places, even "German Car" shops. But nobody
seems to really know the S4. Also, I really want an independent shop. No
dealers please. Sorry if this subject has been posted before, but I just
came back to the q-list after about a five year absence. Any info would be
greatly appreciated.
